We have compiled a list of questions that we hope may give you some answers to the most common questions we hear from our customers.

Can we only hire your cars for Weddings?

Not at all, we can also provide luxury vehicles for Corporate Events and any other Special Occasion such as Birthdays and Anniversaries.

Does the car come with Bridal Ribbons and Flowers?

Yes. We supply wedding ribbons and silk flowers as standard in all our cars.

Do you provide a car for the Groom?

We can supply a separate car to pickup the groom and the best man. Ask for more details when making a booking.

How long do we have the use of the wedding car?

This depends on your specific requirements, please contact us to discuss this further.

Can we view a Wedding car before we decide to book?

Absolutely, we would be very pleased to meet you and show you our cars. Please call to schedule an appointment.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept cheque and cash payments.

How do we make a payment for the Wedding car?

We ask for a 50% deposit to secure the booking of the car. The balance is due two months before the Wedding date.

How far in advance do we have to book the Wedding Car?

To avoid disappointment we suggest the sooner the better. This gives you a greater choice of the car you prefer. Most of our bookings are made between 9 months and 18 months before the wedding date.

Will the chauffeur be dressed in a suit?

All bookings come with a uniformed chauffeur as standard and if your looking for something different, then why not ask us about our Kilted or Tartan Trouser Chauffeur.

Can we reserve a Wedding car?

We will provisionally hold a wedding car for a period of seven days to allow to allow you time to pay the deposit.

What areas do you cover?

We cover the whole of Scotland but can travel anywhere in the UK if required…no destination is too far for us!

Will you arrive at the home address in time for photos etc?

We understand wedding days can some sometime cause anxiety, so it is part of our service to show an arrival time on the booking form 15 minutes before we are required to depart. This allows any photos or video to be taken if required. It also gives you peace of mind that the wedding car has arrived for your departure in plenty of time.

Are any of your Wedding Cars self drive?

No. We only supply chauffeur driven vehicles.

If we have to cancel or postpone the wedding do we have to pay the full balance?

This depends on when you inform us that the wedding has been cancelled or postponed. If you inform us (in writing) before the balance date, which is two months before the wedding you will only lose the deposit paid.

Is it cheaper for a weekday wedding?

Most of our weddings are on Friday, Saturday and Sundays. If your wedding is on a weekday Monday to Thursday we can offer a discount.

Our Ceremony and Reception is at the same venue. Is the cost of the car hire cheaper?

You will be glad to hear yes!! The cost your charged is considerably less for bookings where service and reception are held in the same venue.

Do you operate all through the Year?

Yes, with the exception of the Christmas and New Year Day.

Do you have full Insurance for Wedding Hire?

Yes. All our vehicles have full wedding and private hire insurance.

Will you travel any distance?

We will travel any distance to accommodate your requirements. We will always advise you of any additional costs in advance.

Do your convertible Wedding cars have hoods?

Yes, our convertible Bentley has a full length, weatherproof black hood. This hood takes 20 seconds to put up and down therefore the driver has to anticipate a change in the weather and act accordingly.

Do you supply umbrellas?

Yes. All cars have Rolls Royce branded umbrellas on board.
